5. Payments, Transactions, and Philippine Peso Balances
All financial transactions on 207pub — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Players must ensure that their deposited funds originate from a legitimate source and from a payment method registered in their own name. 207pub does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person, and any such transaction may be reversed and the account flagged for review. In no event shall 207pub's total aggregate liability to any player exceed the net amount deposited by that player into their account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 7. Account Suspension and Closure
207pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason deemed appropriate by the platform, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to pass identity or payment verification, or use of the platform in violation of applicable law. Where possible, 207pub will attempt to notify the affected player of the action taken and the reason for it, but this is not always possible or required — for example, in cases where notification would compromise an ongoing investigation.
A player may also voluntarily close their 207pub account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance in the account (subject to verification and the satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via a verified payment method. Accounts that are closed due to a breach of these terms may have their balance withheld pending investigation or forfeited entirely if the breach involved fraudulent activity or a violation of anti-money laundering obligations.
Suspended accounts will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If a suspension was applied in error, 207pub will work to restore full account access as promptly as reasonably possible.
